This seminar and clinic course is designed to encourage critical thinking and independent clinical work. Students will utilize case studies which incorporate multiple subject areas to enhance their critical thinking skills. Didactic emphasis is placed on review of dental and dental hygiene sciences and their application to the practice of dental hygiene. Students will provide oral health care services in a supervised advanced clinical setting while increasing their ability to work as an independent clinician.
